BCYC offers a positive alternative for after-school, school and summer holiday activities. Programs are accessible to the entire community. The school year program is geared toward, but is not limited to, lower income families who may not have the ability to afford a more conventional after-school facility. This program includes organized and free recreation. Homework assistance and computer access are included in academic enrichment activities. Topical discussions and spiritual characteristics are addressed daily during the summer. During the school year, children take part in a weekly devotional time being led by an activity staff member.

Children are encouraged to help set-up and clean-up as well as plan and participate in activities. Children have many choices and opportunities to take part in activities that they are interested in. The Belton Christian Youth Center provides game room, craft room, double gymnasium, two activity rooms, a computer lab, library, and a homework/reading area. The gym is used for different types of games and sports. Being located in Confederate Park, access is available for outside activities and playground equipment. Outside activities include soccer, baseball, kickball, and four squares.

Registrations take place in the Administrative Office at the BCYC site or by filling out the form below with credit card information. Children must be in Kindergarten to attend the after school and summer programs. A birth certificate must be on file for all children. Registration limits are based on space available and are on a first come first serve basis. Children currently attending the Youth Center are given two weeks to register for the next program prior to the general public.  At the regular rate of $250, children will be picked up on the next regular business/school day after registration and payment is completed.  If you want your child picked up on the day you register, you must complete registration and payment by noon on that day and must include a $25 Rush Processing Fee in your payment. Children are not automatically registered from one program to the next (i.e. from after school to summer; fall to spring; care programs to sports programs). You must come to the office to register the child for each program during the year or fill out the form below during registration times.

School Break Pass
$75 - covers all BISD holidays that BCYC is open

Refunds - If the session or season has not begun, a $25 processing fee will be charged prior to refund being issued. BCYC has a no refund policy after the start of any session, season or camp.
