SUMMER 2010 STAFF SCHEDULE

Registration Procedure

Summer Fun

All registrations take place in the Administrative Office at the BCYC site.  Children must be 6 years old or have completed Kindergarten to attend the after school and summer programs. A birth certificate must be on file for all children. For everyday care during any session, there is no cap on registration. The only activities limited to a first come first serve basis which do have a cap are field trips and camps.  Children are not automatically registered from one program to the next (i.e. from after school to summer; fall to spring; care programs to sports programs). You must come to the office to register the child for each program during the year.

Age Requirement

6 years old or must have completed Kindergarten through completed 8th Grade

Registration Fees

$325 per child

If child qualifies for Free/Reduced Lunch Program through B.I.S.D (Letter from Nutrition office needed), the fee will be $275

Field Trip Package #1

  • $65 - Includes: Cameron Park Zoo, Movie, Mayborn Museum, Austin Nature and Science Center and Gattiland (Open to all Grade Levels)

Field Trip Package #2

  • $65 - Includes: Ice Skating, Wazoo's Inflatable Center, Laser Tag/Arcade, Skate Place, and a Movie (Open to all Grade Levels)

Summer Fun Package

  • $90 - Includes: Summer Fun Season Pass - 20 trips to Summer Fun **Open to 3rd & Up ONLY**

Lion's Junction Water Park

  • Includes: 6 Trips to Lion's Junction **Open to 1st and 2nd ONLY**

Six Flags Amusement Parks

  • Includes: Six Flags Season Pass - 3 Trips to Six Flags Over Texas (Arlington) and 2 Trips to Six Flags Fiesta Texas (San Antonio) **Open to 6th and up ONLY

Camps

Prices range dependent on interest activity.  All registration fees must be paid prior to camp enrollment.  Enrollment is based on first come, first served.  Students must be registered for the camp on the Thursday prior to the first day of Camp.  Please see the drop down menu under "Summer" tab at the top and click on "Summer Camps"

Refunds

If the session or season has not begun, a $25 processing fee will be charged prior to refund being issued.  BCYC has a no refund policy after the start of any session, season or camp.
